论警察战术心理战的谋略基础

摘　　要：警察战术心理战,是指在战术范畴内指导和进行警察执法活动中运用有效的攻心方法和指挥艺术,以达到积极影响执法对象心理活动过程的作战方式。作为一种攻击犯罪分子或犯罪嫌疑人的作战方式,其谋略的支持形式是多种多样、丰富多彩的。公安机关及其人民警察在临战处置选择运用战术心理战的谋略思考过程中,必须坚持一切从实战需要的角度出发,坚持合理性原则、趋利性原则和适度性原则,实施正确、有效的警察战术心理战谋划,从精神上、心理上影响犯罪分子或犯罪嫌疑人,使之按警方意图行事,从而取得预期的战术心理战效果。Pollce tactics psychological combats means carrying on police to enforce the law activity by making a psychological attack and command arts validly, in order to reach positive impact on the law target producing psychological activity course. As the fight means of attacking criminal or suspect, the form of its strategy is rich, colorful and changeable. In the course of choosing the strategy of the tactics psychological combats, we must insist everything proceeds come from the actual needs of practice, insist on the rationality principle, the profit principle and appropriate principle. Best tactics psychological strategy hits criminals psychologically, thus reach the anticipated result.
