摘  要:基波相位分离法计算量少、需要的采样时间短、计算结果精确度高,是介损角测量的有效算法。介绍了该算法的原理,提出了基于梯形插值积分的改进算法,用仿真和实验验证了改进算法的有效性。同时对改进算法计算误差随信号频率、采样频率、量化位数、介损角真实值、3次谐波、直流分量等参数变化的情况进行了仿真分析,所得结论对该算法在介损角测量中的应用有一定的参考意义。As for dielectric loss angle measurement, fundamental harmonic separation algorithm is an effective approach that can offer accurate calculation results under shorter sampling time and less calculation amount. Here, the principle of this algorithm is presented and its improvement based on trapezoidal interpolation integral is proposed. The effectiveness of improved algorithm is verified by simulation and tests. In addition, the situation that the calculation error of the improved algorithm varies with the change of such parameters as signal frequency, sampling frequency, quantification digits, true value of dielectric loss angle, the third harmonic and DC component are simulated and analyzed, the obtained conclusion is available for reference to the application of the improved algorithm in dielectric loss angle measurement.
