摘 要:35kV、66kV中压配电网属于中性点非有效接地系统, 目前尚无很好的故障测距方法。针对其故障电流信号弱的特点,文章提了在线线测电压行波的双端故障测距方法。物理实验中利用电源线接触零电位线的方法模拟接地实验,同时高速采集卡对故障电压行波进行同步循环采集,实验结果证明了电压行波作为故障测距信号的有效性和所提故障定位方法的有效性。35 kV and 66kV medium voltage(MV) distribution networks belong to neutral non-effective grounding system, at present there is no good fault location method for them. In view of the fault current in MV distribution network is weak, the paper proposes a two terminals fault location method by detecting the traveling wave online. In physical experiment the grounding fault is simulated by contacting a live line to a uncharged line, at the same time the data of voltage traveling wave are recorded by high speed data acquisition card in synchronized cycling mode. The results of the experiment show that it is effective to use voltage traveling wave as fault location signal and the fault location method is feasible.
