PKI智能卡在网上报税系统中的应用

摘　　要：随着公开密钥密码体制的提出,公钥基础设施(PKI)得到了不断发展和完善。结合智能卡技术,PKI在网上报税系统中更有着实际的应用价值。本文首先对PKI智能卡原理进行概要说明,接着分析了传统网上报税的业务流程,最后提出了基于PKI智能卡的网上报税系统的实现。Public Key Infrastructure has gamed continual development after the appearance of public key cryptosystem and it has more practical value in the declaring-tax system on Internet integerated with Smart Card technology. This paper first outlines the theory of PKI Smart Card, then analyses the traditional business flow of the declaring-tax system on Internet. At last,it presents an implementation of the declaring-tax system on Internet with PKI Smart Card.
