摘　　要：磁性塑料作为一种重要的基础材料近年来得到了不断发展和广泛应用,而注射成型是磁性塑料的一种新的成型或加工工艺,其核心技术就是磁性塑料注射成型机。分析了磁性塑料注射成型机的工作原理,提出了磁性塑料注射成型机的设计原则,给出了磁性塑料注射成型机的设计方案、主要技术参数及主要部件的设计简图,并重点讨论了磁性塑料注射成型机的主要部件———塑化和充磁系统的设计,可为塑料注射成型机的推广应用以及系列化开发提供指导和帮助。Consid principle of a magnet ering the development and wide application of magnetic plastic in recent years,the work plastic injection molding machine was analyzed, the design principle was presented based on the reference of a mass of literatures. Meantime, the design project, key parametes and diagrams of the main parts were given. At last, the core components-plasticizing system and magnetizing system were introduced. The introduction would provide experience for application and serial development of this type of equipment.
