基于Pro/E的三维注塑模具参数化标准模架库的建立

摘　　要：利用VB和Automation Gateway实现对Pro/E系统注塑模具参数化标准模架库的二次开发,根据国家注塑模具模架设计标准,建立适应本国企业设计规范的标准模架库,用数据库分别存储各组件尺寸数据信息,做到模架所有组件具有独立参数化和变形化,从而使得模架库的应用更加广泛。该系统使用方便,性能稳定可靠,具有较高的实用价值。An injection mold parameter standard mold base on Pro/E platform was developed by using VB and Automation Gateway. In compliance with national injection mold base design standard,a standardised mold base was established for suiting the design criterion of China＇s companies. All components dimensions in database werc stored and all components possessed independent parameterization, transformation. It will gradually promote the use of mold base. The developed system is easy to use and stable, which contributes to its practical value.
