摘　　要：真空制冷技术是目前降温速度最快的一门制冷技术,是一种理想的冷却方法．该文主要介绍了真空制冷的机理并通过试验对影响真空冷却过程的因素进行了研究,并提出一些改进真空制冷的措施．Vacuum cooling is the most rapid in refrigeration at present, and is an ideal way of cooling. This paper introduces the mechanism of vacuum coaling, and studies the factors which affect vacuum cooling process through experiment finally puts forward some measures to improve vacuum cooling.
