双螺旋齿同步带的齿形研究

摘　　要：介绍一种新齿形同步带———双螺旋齿同步带,研究双螺旋齿同步带齿的成形原理,并给出齿形的几何方程;分析带齿应力,并和相同工况条件下的直齿同步带的应力分析进行比较,为实际工程的应用奠定了理论基础。Introduced the new type synchronous belt-double helix tooth synchronous belt, and analyzed it＇s molding principle, and concluded the geometry equation of the mesh of the belt tooth; at last the stress of the belt is analyzed, compared with the stress of straight tooth belt by the same condition, it established the theory base for the application of practice engineering.
