摘 要:金属离子、有机溶剂、缓冲介质与杂环偶氮苯甲酸类试剂之间存在一定的超分子作用,有机溶剂及缓冲介质的浓度和种类对显色反应的灵敏度有很大的影响.据此,建立了2-(6-硝基-苯并噻唑)偶氮-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(6-NO2-BTAMB)与镍显色反应新体系.在乙醇存在时, 6-NO2-BTAMB在(CH2)6N4-HCl缓冲体系中可与镍形成稳定的蓝绿色络合物,λmax=650 nm,ε650=1.80×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1,在0~0.4 mg/L镍范围内符合比尔定律.方法用于纯镁、模拟合金样中微量镍的测定,结果令人满意.The supermolecule interaction among heterocyclic benzoic acid-type azo reagent, metal ion and buffer solution medium were studied. Experiment shows that the concentration and category of organic solvent and buffer medium affect the colour reaction between the chromogenic reagent and metal ion seriously. A new method for spectrophotometric determination of nickel ( Ⅱ ) with 2-(6-nitro-2-benzothiazolylazo) -5-dimethyl- aminobenzoic acid (6-NO2-BTAMB) was proposed. In ( CH2 ) 6 N4-HCl buffer solution, 6-NO2-BTAMB reacts with nickel( Ⅱ ) in the presence of ethanol to form blue-violet complexes, the absorption maxima of which is at 650 nm with apparent molar absorptivities of 1.8 × 10^5 L ·mol^-1 · cm^-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the ranges of 0 -0.4 mg/L nickel. The proposed method was applied to the determination of nickel in pure magnesium and analog alloy with satisfactory result.
