摘　　要：我们对见义勇为行为在道德上给予高度评价,却很少从法律角度加以观察,本文试图对见义勇为行为从民法角度进行一番审视与分析。We give a high prize on the deed of doing baldly what is rightness from the moral angle. But merely abserve it from the law angle . This article attempts to give a gaze and analysis to the deed of doing baldly what is rightness in the civil law.
