摘　　要：社区矫正是我国近年来出现的新事物,随着我国提出社会主义和谐社会的建构理论,社区矫正被赋予了新的理念;社区矫正所要实现的价值,正是和谐社会应有的价值内涵,和谐社会和社区矫正两者之间有机地结合。针对我国在社区矫正过程中存在的问题,围绕和谐社会应有的内涵和价值,社区矫正的法律适用理念的完善,从而促进社会的和谐发展。Community correction is the new.things which appear in our country in recent years. By building the theory of constructing of the socialist harmonious society, Community correction is given into new idea. Which the community correct value is exactly hermonious society due value, between harmonious society and community ocrrection the combining are coming into being. To our country in community correction course among appear question, centre on harmonious social intension and value due, from community positive law suitable to apply completion of idea, bring about an advance in harmony of the society.
