摘  要:目的:观察事业单位在职人员的异常心电图分布状况。方法:2004年对深圳市福田区部分事业单位6900例在职人员进行了常规心电图检查.并对异常心电图分类统计。结果:在职人员正常心电图占86.25%.异常心电图占 13.75%.以窦性心律失常(窦性心动过缓2.65%,窦性心动过速1.90%。窦性心律不齐1.20%,共5.75%)为最多.其次为 ST-T 改变(4.68%),早期复极综合征(1.02%),束支传导阻滞(0.45%).室性早搏(0.42%),肢导低电压(0.35%),房性早搏(0.26%),左心室肥厚(0.26%),左房肥大(0.25%),预激综合征(0.15%),房室传导阻滞(0.10%),心房颤动(0.01%)。异常心电图检出率男性高于女性(9.98%:3.77%,P<0.01),结论:在职人员中男性异常心电图的检出率高于女性,ST—T 异常率达4.68%,故应定期行心电图普查.早期发现心血管病。Objective: To investigate the distribution of abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) in enterprise unit members. Methods: Routine ECG examination was performed in 6900 members of enterprise unit of Shenzhen Futian district, and abnormal ECG was classified statistics. Results: The proportion of normal and abnormal ECG in members of enterprise unit were 86.25% and 13.75%, respectively. Maximum abnormal ECG was sinus arrythmia (sinus bradcardia 2.65%, sinus taehyeardia 1.90%, sinus irregularity 1.20%); second was ST-T abnormal, next was pre-excitation syndrome (1.02%), bundle branch block (0. 45%), ventricular prematrue beat (0. 42%), atrial premature beat ( 0. 26 % ), low voltage (0.35 % ), left ventricular hypertrophy (0. 26 % ), left atrial enlargement (0.25 % ), atrial ventricular block (0.10%), atrial fibrillation (0. 01%) respectively. Proportional rate of abnormal ECG among males was higher than that of females (9.98% vs 3.77%, P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Detection rate of abnormal ECG in male is higher than that of female. Extensive survey of ECG conduces to find cardiovascular diseases early.
