生脉液拮抗心力衰竭性低血压多巴胺依赖的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察生脉注射液拮抗多巴胺药物依赖作用的临床疗效及两药联用对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)性低血压的治疗效果。方法：60例 CHF 性低血压患者,随机分为两组,在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上,治疗组30例采用生脉注射液联用多巴胺静脉给药,对照组30例采用多巴胺静脉给药,对比观察用药前后的血压、心率变化,心功能改善情况及多巴胺撤药时间。结果：用药后治疗组患者血压提升及心功能改善情况均优于对照组(P＜0.05)；多巴胺撤药时间亦明显短于对照组(P＜0.01)。对照组有5例患者出现多巴胺依赖现象。结论：生脉注射可有效拮抗多巴胺药物依赖作用,两药联用治疗心力衰竭性低血压疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of shengmai injection antagonizing dopamine dependence in treatment of heart failure complicated with hypotension. Methods： The 60 patients with congestive heart failure complicated with hypotension were randomly divided into two groups. In addition to ordinarily treatment, the treatment group （n： 30） was treated with shengmai injection and dopamine; the control group （n= 30） was treated with dopamine. Results： Blood pressure increased and cardiac function significantly improved in treatment group after the treatment （P〈0. 05）, and more than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. The mean time of dopamine discontinuance in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in treatment group （P〈0. 01）. No significant changes of heart rate were found between two groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： It is efficient for shengmai injection antagonizing dopamine dependence to treat heart failure complicated with hypotension.
