通脉养心合剂对病毒性心肌炎患儿细胞及体液免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：以６１例病毒性心肌炎患儿及４７例健康儿童为观察对象，分别采用间接免疫荧光法和单向琼脂免疫扩散法测定血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群（ＣＤ）和血清免疫球蛋白（Ｉｇ），观察其变化。结果患儿的淋巴细胞和Ｉｇ的异常改变均有不同程度改善，与治疗前比较，Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１。提示该药对病毒性心肌炎患儿细胞及体液免疫功能紊乱具有一定的改善调节作用。Using indirect immuno-fluorescence assay and simple agar deffusion testthe changes of T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin (Ig) in 61 children with viralmyocarditis and 47 healthy children have been studied.Post the treatment with Tong-mai Yangxin Mixture the abnormal changes of T lymphocytes and Ig have been re-markably improved as compared with those prior the treatment(P<0.05 or P< 0.01).The results in dicated that this preparation could improve and regulate the im-munological abnormalities of cellular and humoral immunity in children with viral my-ocarditis。
