不育男性精浆IL－8水平的研究

摘　　要：本研究用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测７２例不育男性和２０例正常对照精浆白细胞介素－８（ＩＬ－８）水平。不育组ＩＬ－８水平明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），其中，白细胞＞４个／ＨＰ精液组明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），白细胞≤４个／ＨＰ精液组与对照组无明显区别（Ｐ＞０．０５）。白细胞＞４个／ＨＰ组精液中白细胞数与精浆ＩＬ－８呈正相关（ｒ＝０．８８３，Ｐ＜０．００１）。而且治疗前、后精浆ＩＬ－８浓度有明显差异，且与精液白细胞下降同步。ＩＬ－８是反映生殖系统感染的诊断及疗效判断的良好指标。By using double antibodies sandwich ELISA, Interleukin-8 concentrations in seminal fluids of 72 infertiles and 20 normal men were detected. The results revealed that IL-8 levels of infertiles, especially that of the WBC (white blood cell) group were obviously higher than those in normal contrast group (P< 0.001). None-WBC group and contrast group had no statistical significance (P>0.05).WBC numbers in semen of WBC group was positively correlated with IL-8 level.Moreover, a significant difference was seen in IL-8 level in semen before and after treatments, it came down simultaneously with WBC numbers. Semen IL-8 level is a good index of diagnosis of reproductive system's infection and tremtment effect review.
