摘 要:对18例无胆红素脑病表现的高胆红素血症新生儿的啼哭信号进行了声谱分析.结果显示,患儿的基频各值、第一共振频率变异值及双音百分比高于正常,第一共振频率最小值低于正常.基频各值及第一共振频率变异值的改变与胆红素水平值呈正相关关系.本结果说明在非胆红素脑病状态下,胆红素对中枢神经系统具有早期毒性作用。Sound spectral analysis was applied to cry signals of 18 neonates with non-ker-nicterus hyperbilirubinemia. The results showed that minimum fundamental frequency (Fomin), maximum fundamental frequency (F0 mar),average fundamental frequency (F0)and coefficient of variation about first formant frequency (CVf1) in the patients were higher than those in normal subjects. minimum first formant frequency (F1min) was lower. Fomin ,Fomax,F0and CVf1 were positively correlated with the bilirubin concentration. These results suggest that bilirubin is of early toxical effect on the nervous system in non-kernicterus.
