摘　　要：2005 was a year of troubles for Philippine. In politics, led by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, the Philippine government dominated the political condition in the whole country effectively; In economy, a reformation was carried out in finance and taxation, gaining a growth rate of 5.1%. In 2006, it is uncertain if the society in Philippine keep steady, but it can be expected that the economy will get another growth.2005 was a year of troubles for Philippine.
