摘　　要：加强知识产权保护对经济发展的影响是多方面的,结合我国经济发展的现阶段特点,分析知识产权保护在激励创新、促进国际间技术流动和完善市场方面对经济发展的激励作用,发现加强知识产权保护在影响就业、产生市场垄断和提高模仿成本等方面的消极后果,目的是为充分发挥加强知识产权保护的积极作用,必须在提高技术发展和吸收能力、促进市场竞争、完善反垄断法等几方面创造良好的经济社会环境和条件。Enhancing the protection of intellectual property has various effects on economic development. Associated with the present characteristics of economic development of our country, this essay analyzes the encouraging effects of the protection of intellectual property in the aspects of stimulating creativity, promoting international technology exchange and perfecting market economy, and at the same time the negative effects of it, such as impact on the employment, leading to monopoly market and increasing the imitation costs, etc, are also found. Finally, it puts forward the idea of making full use of the positive effects of enhancing the protection of the intellectual property. And good circumstances and conditions must be created to promote the technology development and absorbing ability, to accelerate market competition and perfect the anti- monopoly laws and so on.
