摘　　要：在强调产品设计、工艺设计、分析、制造、装配、销售和其他各种生产活动一体化的今天,产品全生命周期建模是对产品进行定义和管理的基础。按照认知学规律,逐步构建出了一个统一产品结构数据模型,将产品全生命周期数据组织在一起,实现了产品数据的一致性和共享性。Today the engineering design., process design, analysis, manufacture, assembly, sale and other production activities are expected to occur almost at the same time according to Concurrent Engineering （CE）. Thus it is necessary to establish a product data model involving all of product life cycle data to define and manage the product. According to the cognition, a unified product structure data model is established step by step which organizes the life cycle data toge.ther. Thus the data is unitive and can be shared.
