摘　　要：分析了物流业和旅游业的相似性和差异性,论述了旅游业可借鉴现代物流的联盟、信息化、业务外包、精益计算和优化整合等理念和技术,建立旅游业“拟物流”理论,提升我国旅游业管理水平。The paper analyses the similarities and differences between logistics and tourism, discusses tourism can use modern ideas and technologies of logistics such as alliance, information, outsourcing, exact calculation and optimization integration etc, and creates the ＂quasi - logistics＂ theory to promote tourism management. That will accelerate tourism development of our country.
