科技园区技术创新能力影响因素与绩效的关系研究

摘　　要：在归纳总结国内外有关技术创新能力影响因素和技术创新绩效方面的研究成果的基础上,对科技园区技术创新能力影响因素与绩效的关系进行实证研究。结果表明:技术创新能力影响因素与技术创新绩效有密切的正相关关系,其中研发经费投入、研发人员投入、科技园区制度建设、政府的优惠政策、信息宽带网的建设水平和生产设备的先进水平等因素对技术创新绩效的影响最大。The paper researches the correlation between influence factors of technical innovation ability and technical innovation performance by statistic software on the basis of summarizing the relevant research results home and abroad. The results indicate that influence factors of technical innovation ability and technical innovation performance have close positive correlation. Therefore, the devotion of R＆D funds and R＆D personnel, system construction of science and technological parks, govemment＇s preferential policy, wide band network construction level and advance level of production equipment and other factors influence technical innovation performance most.
