摘　　要：根据珠江流域防洪存在的主要问题,系统研究流域整体防洪需要,明确防洪目标,因地制宜地提出了建设西北江中下游、东江中下游、郁江中下游和柳江中下游4个堤库结合防洪工程体系的总体布局方案。Based on the main problems in flood control in Pearl River Basin, the demand of integrated flood control in the river basin has been studied and the objectives of flood control work have been identified. And the overall layout of flood control system combining the functions of embankment and reservoirs in the middle and down stream of Xijiang River, Beijiang River, Dongjiang River, Yujiang River and Liujiang River has been worked out, taking all the specific situations into consideration.
