摘  要:Recently, the development of sensors based on microfabricated cantilevers of atomic force microscope (AFM) has at tracted considerahle attention from the designers of novel physical, chemical, and biological sensors. Many kinds of sensors have been developed taking the advantages of its high-resolution imaging, force measurement and force sensitivity, such as immunosensor and DNA biosensor and the sensors for detection of intermolecular interaction. This paper reviews the progress made in this field and discusses the signal transfer principles by which the design of the sensors is achieved.最近,传感器的发展从新奇物理、化学、生物的传感器的设计者基于原子力量显微镜(AFM ) 的微制作伸臂吸引了可观的注意。许多种传感器被开发了谈论它的高分辨率的成像,力量测量和力量敏感的优点,例如免疫传感器和为分子间的相互作用的察觉的传感器。这篇论文考察在这个领域里取得的进步并且讨论传感器的设计是 chived 的信号转移由原则。
