Tei指数与心脏病患者心功能分级的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Tei指数与心脏病患者心功能分级的相关性。方法心脏病患者组80例,按照纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心脏疾患功能分级方法对其心功能状况作出评价,级21例,级19例,级23例,级17例,分别测出左、右室Tei指数值,及其它心功能参数EF及E/A等。结果左、右室Tei指数从心功能级开始出现了改变,随心功能障碍程度的加重,Tei指数升高,并且和心脏病患者的心功能分级呈正相关(r分别为0.45,0.43,P<0.05)。结论Tei指数能简便、综合反映心脏的收缩和舒张功能,与心功能分级有一定的相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between Tei index and cardiac functional grading. Methods According to the NYHA functional grading method, eighty patients were divided into four classes as follows： grade Ⅰ , 21 cases; grade Ⅱ , 19 cases; grade Ⅲ , 23 cases; grade N, 17 cases. Tei index, E/A and EF were measured. Results Tei index was increased in grades Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Tei index was positively correlated with left and right ventricular functional grades （r= 0. 45, 0. 43, P〈0.05）, respectively. Conclusions Tei index was easy for estimating left and right ventricular global function with better correlation than other conventional indices.
