摘 要:研究了两种循环热处理工艺对钛硅共晶合金微观组织和室温压缩性能的影响。结果表明,由于Si原子在β-Ti和α-Ti中的溶解度不同,使热处理后合金的微观组织和压缩性能发生明显变化;与铸态合金的室温压缩性能相比(σ=1224MPa,εc=2.4%),经过9次1050℃×30m in+水冷循环热处理后,合金的压缩强度和塑性都得到了显著改善(σ=1740MPa,εc=19.6%)。The effects of two cyclic heat treatment processes on the microstructures and compressive properties at room temperature of Ti-Si eutectic alloy were studied. The results show that the solubility of Si atoms in both of β-Ti and α-Ti phases is strongly influenced by temperature,which results in changes of the microstructure and compressive property of Ti - Si eutectic alloy under cyclic heat treatments ; the compressive properties ( strength and plasticity ) have been improved remarkably ( σ = 1740MPa, εc = 19.6% ) after nine times of cyclic heat treatments ( 1050℃ × 30min + WC) comparing with the properties of the alloy as cast (σ = 1224MPa,εc = 2. 4% ).
