胃管插入困难的临床探索

摘　　要：目的：解决胃管插入困难病例的胃管插入问题。方法；经鼻腔插入胃管，用插管钳将胃管从咽后壁前取出口腔外，用ID7．0～7．5的气管导管插入食管，在气管导管诱导下将胃管经气管导管插入食管，然后将胃管向食管内送进，同时将气管导管退出，将胃管置入相当合适的深度后，固定胃管。结果：此法在普通插入法置胃管困难时能保证胃管置入100％成功。结论：我们探索的此胃管插入法，解决临床实际问题，保证胃管留置100％成功，可推广应用。Objective To slove stomach tube interjectional question for patient who have trouble of stomach tube insertion. MethOdS Insert the stomach tube nasal cavity, with the help of intubating ferceps, take the stomach tube out of mouth cavity from the posterior wall of dysphagia, Insert trachea catheter （CID 7.0～7.5） to esophagus, under the help of trachea catheter, insert the stomach tube to esophagus then take the trachea catheter out of the esophagus and vertical, cutting off, in the course of into esophagus. Finally immobilizating the stomach tube when it was inserted to proper depth. Results It proned to be the best way to insert the stomach tube into esophagus, while ordinary insert way is difficult to prone 100% successfully. Conclusion This kinds of inserting way can slove the aettvity olibic and be proned 100% successfully and available for every patients.
