老年妇科住院患者164例分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的:探讨60岁以上患者妇科疾病的临床特点,病种类型及围手术期相关问题及护理对策。方法:对164例60岁以上妇科住院患者进行回顾分析。结果:资料显示老年妇科疾病中以生殖器恶性肿瘤(39.6%)和子宫脱垂伴阴道壁膨出(23.78%)最常见,以阴道流血、白带异常为最常见临床症状。125例手术治疗患者安全渡过围手术期。结论:根据老年妇科疾病的临床特征进行早期诊断,早期治疗、手术方式选择恰当,术前准备充分,加强术中、术后护理,绝大多数老年妇科患者能顺利渡过围手术期,健康生活。Objective To exlpore the clinical charaeteristists , types of diseases and its relatednursing problems during the preioperative period in with gynecologic diseases over sixty. Methods 164 patients with gynecologic diseases over sixty were retrospectively reviewed. Results Material shows that genital malignant tumor（39.6%）and uterine prolapse with cystoeele or rectocele（23.28%） weretthe mosl common diseases with symptoms of vaginal bleeding or abnormal leucorrhea in elderly women with gynecologic diseases. In which 126 patients were spent their perioperative period safely. Conculusion Most of elderly gynecologic patients can spent their perioperative period smoothly and live a happy life they were received,according to its clinical characteristics of gynecologic diseases, a timely diagnose and treatment as well as a right ane well prepared operation and an careful nurse.
