榄香烯对人宫颈癌细胞Hela的体外抑瘤效应

摘　　要：目的研究中药榄香烯对人宫颈癌细胞Hela的体外抑瘤效应及其作用机制。方法应用MTT比色法观察榄香烯对细胞的生长抑制作用;DNA凝胶电泳和流式细胞术等分析细胞凋亡、周期变化及Bc l-2蛋白表达情况。结果榄香烯对Hela细胞有较强的体外增殖抑制作用。榄香烯能诱导Hela细胞凋亡,同时伴随有Bc l-2蛋白表达下调。结论榄香烯对He-la细胞有较强的抗瘤效应,可能与Bc l-2蛋白下调引起的细胞凋亡有关。Objective To study cylostatic action and the mechanism of elemene on human cervix cancer Hela cells. Methods Hela cells were treated with elemene at different concentrations. The growth inhibition was analysed by MTT assay, cell apoptosis by flow cytometry and agarose gel electrophoresis. Results Elemene remarkably inhibited the growth of Hela cells. Elemene could induce apoptosis and regulate expression of Bcl-2 protein in Hela cells. Conclusion Elemene can inhibit human cervix cancer Hela cells,which is related with apoptosis induced by decrement of Bcl-2 protein expression.
