高效液相色谱法测定乌圆补血口服液中二苯乙烯苷含量分析

摘　　要：目的比较高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定保存不同时间的乌圆补血口服液中有效成分二苯乙烯苷含量的灵敏度。方法利用高效液相色谱仪和紫外分光光度计测定保存多年的样品中二苯乙烯苷含量,并进行统计分析。结果高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定样品中二苯乙烯苷含量分别为(0.549±0.226)g/L和(0.250±0.150)g/L,二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),各年度样品中二苯乙烯苷含量也有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论高效液相色谱法测定二苯乙烯苷灵敏度高于紫外分光光度法。Objective It is to compare the sensitivity of determing 2,3,5,4＇ - tetrathydroxystibane - 2 - O - β - D - glueoside in Wuyuan Buxue oral liquid of different store dates by high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） and ultraviolet spectrophotometry （US）. Methods The content of 2,3,5,4＇ - tetrathydroxystibane - 2 - O-β- D - glueoside in Wuyuan Buxue oral liquid stored for many years were determined by high performance liquid chromatograph and ultraviolet spectrophotometer to do statistical analysis. Results The content of 2,3,5,4＇ - tetrathydroxystibane- 2 - O - β- D - glucoside in the samples was （0. 549 ± 0. 226） mg/mL and （0. 250 ± 0. 150） mg/mL respectively in the way of HPLC and US. Compared with each other, the difference was significant （ P 〈0.05）. There was also dierence in the content of 2,3,5,4＇ - tetrathydroxystibane- 2 - O-β- D - glueoside in samples of different years（ P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. Conclusion The sensitivity of determing 2,3,5,4＇ tetrathydroxystibane - 2 - O- β - D - glucoside by HPLC is higher than that by US.
