医务人员对临终关怀知识需求的调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医务人员对临终关怀知识的需求,为开展多种形式的临终关怀教育提供依据。方法对436名医务人员进行临终关怀知识需求的调查。结果医务人员对临终关怀知识明显缺乏,对开展临终关怀的认识不足,而且目前医院临终关怀服务远远不能满足患者和家属的需要。结论医务人员对临终关怀知识有自觉的要求,宜采取多种形式对医务人员进行死亡及临终关怀教育。Objective It is to investigate the needs for the knowledge of hospitalpice among the medical workers, so to provide for evidence of carrying out multiple forms of education for concerning about the dying people. Methods Four hundred and thirty-six medical workers were investigated in the needs for dying concern knowledge. Results Lack of knowledge and realization of dying concerning was obviously found in medical workers and the hospital service of concerning on dying patients and their families was not satisfactory at all. Conclusion Medical workers consciously have the needs for dying concerning, so they should be educated with multiple form for death and hospitalpice.
