大连地区沿海小流域地下水库开发潜力分析

摘　　要：大连地区受自然条件及多方面因素影响,水资源利用率较低,缺水问题严重。为缓解区内缺水问题,本文试分析大连地区沿海小流域水资源特点及开发利用现状,通过对拟建地下水库可行性论证和开发潜力分析,说明修建地下水库、通过地表-地下联合调蓄是解决大连沿海地区水资源紧缺问题的理想途径之一。在区域水资源可持续开发的基础上,进一步为解决我国北方沿海小流域地区普遍的水资源紧张问题提供理论和实践依据。For the effect of natural condition and many other factors, the utilization of water resources is very low and the problem of lacking water is serious in Dalian area. In order to release the problem of lacking water, this paper analyzes the characteristics of water resources in Dalian inshore small basin area, and the status of the exploitation and utilization at present. By demonstrating the possibility and analyzing the potential of exploitation in building the groundwater reservoir, it illuminates that the methods building groundwater reservoir and surface water-groundwater joint regulation is one of the ideal methods to release the water lacking problem in Dalian inshore area. Based on the regional water resource sustainable development, there are some theoretical and practical foundations to resolve the problem of lacking water in the north inshore small basin areas of China.
