摘　　要：在土地房产地理信息系统工程实践的基础上,从属性数据的处理与质量控制、空间数据的处理与质量控制、空间数据的维护与更新等方面,探讨了土地房产GIS数据处理的关键技术,并基于MapX开发了土地房产GIS数据处理系统。This paper discusses the data processing and quality control in the land and housing fundamental GIS development for spatial data and attribute data, and the modifying and updating for spatial data. The critical technologies for processing the land and housing fundamental GIS data are presented, which is helpful to ensure the accuracy of the fundamental data. And finally a system based on MapX is designed for such purpose.
