摘　　要：肝豆状核变性是一种常染色体隐性遗传性铜代谢异常疾病,肝移植是肝豆状核变性终末期最有效的手段,术后严密观察患者的病情变化和生化指标的动态变化,可预防和早期发行免疫抑制的毒性反应和急性排斥反应,并加强无菌操作,减少感染的发生,提高病人的长期生存率。Hepatic bean nucleus denaturalization is one euchromosome negative heredity cooper metabolize abnormity disease, hepatic transplantation is the most effective measure in the end time of hepatic bean nucleus denaturalization. To supervise the patient＇s disease instance change and the dynamic change of biochemical index can prevent and find immune suppress toxic reaction and the acute reject reaction, and strength asepsis handle, decrease the infection occurrence, high the patient＇s long living rate.
