摘　　要：本文对当前高校科研工作的核心问题进行了思考和再认识,从四个方面阐述了科技成果转化的重要性,指出科技成果转化是关系高校科研工作能否稳健、快速发展的重要问题,是高校科研工作的生命线。This essay analyzed to the key problems of scientific research in universities and explains the importance of achievement transformation from four aspects respectively. It also points out that achievement transformation is critical to the development of scientific research in universities and is the life of scientific research.
