摘  要:5种氨基酸L-和D-异构体对离体小麦胚植株生长的影响结果表明,在1~7mmol·L^-1浓度范围内,脯氨酸异构体均不抑制植株生长;缬氨酸和蛋氨酸的L-型严重抑制生长,D-型不抑制或轻微抑制;丙氨酸则相反,L-型无抑制作用,D-型是严重抑制类型;丝氨酸的L-型轻微抑制生长,D-型严重抑制生长。生长结果也表明,DL-异构体的抑制作用介于D-型和L-型之间。By the studying of the influence of D-type and L-type isomers of five kinds of amino acids on wheat seedling in vitro, the results showed that in the range of concentration of 1~7mmol·L^-1, the isomers of proline had no suppression on the seedlings. L-type isomer of valine and methionine inhibited seedling growth severely, but their D-type isomers did not inhibit or inhibited but lightly. For serine and alanine, their D-type isomers inhibited growth severely, but L-type did not or lightly. The results also showed that the inhibition effect of DL-type methionine, serine and alanine were medium between D- type and L-type's.
