双渐开线齿轮齿廓参数方程研究

摘　　要：基于加工原理提出的双渐开线齿轮齿廓参数方程,表述简单,无须坐标变换,能真实地描述双渐开线齿轮轮齿在任一转角位置时端面齿廓上的任一点,实现了双渐开线齿轮齿廓的简单、准确、快捷计算。该研究结果为双渐开线齿轮数字化设计、啮合分析、运动学和动力学分析提供了新的理论依据和实际应用价值。On the basis of machining principles, parameter equations for contrate profiles of double involute gears were put forward. Their expression is simple, and they do not need to have coordinate change. Any points on the contrate profiles of double involute gears on any angle positions are truly described. Simple, exact and true calculation of contrate profiles of double involute gears are realized. The research result offers a new theory gist and application value for their numerical design, engagement analysis, kinematics and dynamics.
