摘  要:针对电机控制系统中电机与控制器相互耦合对系统设计精度带来的影响,提出了一种永磁电机控制系统设计新方法,该方法基于永磁同步电机(PMSM)数学模型,建立完整的电机三维电磁场分析模型和基于转子磁场定向控制策略的控制系统模型,通过场路耦合法进行协同仿真分析,仿真结果可精确反映永磁同步电机与控制系统的相互耦合特性,同时转矩和转速良好的动、静态响应可满足控制系统高性能的要求.进而建立了与仿真系统完全对应的永磁同步电机实验系统,实验结果与仿真结果完全吻合,表明该设计分析方法的正确性,为实际永磁电机系统的设计分析提供了实施途径.In order to avoid the influence on the design accuracy due to the coupling of motor and control system, a new approach was proposed to implement the digital control system of permanent magnet syn chronous motor(PMSM) based on the field circuit coupled method. The electro magnetic analysis model of three dimensional motor structure and control system based on the rotor field oriented control strategy were established to implement co-simulation analysis. The simulation result accurately reflected the coupling characteristic of motor and control system, and the favorable dynamic and static characteristics of torque and speed can satisfy the system requirement for high performance. Then experimental system corresponding to the simulation system was established to show that experimental result was the same as the simulation result, which indicated the validity of this design method and offered an implemental scheme for the design and analysis of a practical PMSM system.
