摘 要:目的研究苯丙醇-β-环糊精包合物最佳制备工艺。方法采用饱和水溶液法,以包合物的收率和苯丙醇含量为考察指标,通过正交实验设计,综合平衡后确定最佳制备工艺。结果最佳包合条件为:包合温度为80℃,药醇(95%乙醇)比为1∶0,反应时间为30 min。经差热分析法及红外光谱法鉴定,确证形成苯丙醇--βCD包合物。结论采用最优包合条件制备的包合物收率为84.91%,苯丙醇含量为105.34 mg.g-1。制成包合物后提高了苯丙醇的稳定性,制备工艺简单,可用于工业化大生产。OBJECTIVE To select the optimum preparation process of the inclusion complex of phenylpropanol-β-cyclodextrin. METHODS The inclusion compound was prepared by saturated solution method. The multiple factors and levels experiments were done by orthogonal experiments design with the recovery of inclusion complex and the content of phenylpropanol as criteria, Then the optimum preparation process was established. RESULTS The optimum entrapment conditions were as follows: the ratio of phenylpropanol to 95 % alcohol was 1:0, temperature was 80 ℃, reaction time was 30 rain. The formation of compound phenylpropanol-β-cyclodextrin was confirmed by the change of differential scanning calorimetry and infrared spectra. CONCLUSION The recovery of inclusion complex prepared with the optimum inclu- sion condition is 84-91% and the content of phenylpropanol is 105.34 mg·g^-1. The stability of phenylpropanol is enhanced and the method can be used in the industry.
