基于电泳芯片的生化分析仪器的研制

摘　　要：介绍了一种基于电泳芯片的微型、高效生化分析仪器,利用该仪器进行了基本的电泳进样、分离实验。仪器采用阻抗检测方法对多次生物化学试样的电泳分离结果进行分析,采用比例测量法大幅提高了仪器的测量精度,模块化的设计使该仪器易于扩展。An electrophoresis chip based on arrayed-electrode integrated with detection electrode and its control and detection system are put forward. By using electro-chemical method, the detection module measures the impedance of the channel with micro control unit and aims to replace the complex impedance analyser in many specific cases by this miniature device.
