摘　　要：不良资产沉积过多,历史包袱沉重,是影响我国农村信用社健康发展的严重障碍,因此积极进行农村信用社信贷体制改革显得尤为紧迫。本文从四方面对从根本上解决和控制农村信用社的不良贷款问题提出了相应的建议及整改措施。The development of the village credit cooperative is affected by the bad property and heavy burden formed in history. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the system of the village credit cooperative. In order to do away with the bad credit, the article presents some opinions and measures.
