摘  要:目的非接触测量实验兔主动脉弓在体运动和变形。方法采集主动脉弓在体的序列图像,根据主动脉弓直径和中点的变化特征,用计算机图像测量技术实现对主动脉弓运动和变形的测量。结果主动脉弓具有一定的锥度;主动脉弓的运动和变形具有相同的周期性;在每个心动周期,靠近肋间动脉附近主动脉弓变形幅度最大,而在颈动脉处主动脉弓整体位移较大。结论采用图像测量技术成功地定量分析了主动脉弓的运动和变形的变化规律。Objective To non-contact measure the movement and deformation of experimental rabbit' s aortic arch in vivo. Methods equence pictures of the aortic arch in vivo were collected by computer system with digital image measuring techniques. And then according to the features of the aortic arch' s diameter and midpoint, the system utilized the measuring techniques to survey the movement and deformation of the aortic arch. Results The aortic arch taper along with aortic arch. The movement and deformation of the aortic arch are shown in a same periodic property. In every cardiac cycle, the maximal deformation amplitude along the aortic arch lies at intercoatals arteries segment, while the maximal integral displacement of the aortic arch occurs in the carotid sect. Conclusion The study showed that the image measuring techniques could quantitative analyze the movement and deformation rule of the aortic arch in vivo successfully.
