摘 要:神木煤是上海地区主要动力用煤煤种,但其灰熔点较低,燃烧时出现不同程度的结焦。为此,以神木煤为主体,选择了大同煤作为主要的混配煤种,并按不同的混配比进行调质试验研究。试验结果表明:1)用大同煤对神木煤调质,能有效改善结焦性能。当混配比为85∶15~80∶20的范围时,能提高灰熔点90℃;2)选用灰熔点高(TF>1500℃)的大同煤,调质效果最佳;3)通过热分析试验证明,调质不影响煤的燃烧性能。上述试验结果说明,电厂采用神木煤为主体,并掺入恰当比例的大同煤作为燃料时。Shenmu Coal is the major coal for power plant use in Shanghai area,but it has a disadvantage of low ash fusing point and a variaty degree of slagging is ocurred while in boiler operation and, for this reason, a research program of ash fusing poin adjustment for Shenmu coal was carried out. Datong coal, a high ash fusing point coal sufficiently available in shanghai, was chosen as the coal for mixing purpose and different mixing ratio of both coal were tested serially. The results showed that:1. The Shenmu Datong mixture will effectively improve the slagging characteristic of boilers.and a 90℃ increase of ash fusing point is obtained with a mix ratio range of 85:15~80:20; 2. The best result of adjustment can be obtaimed using Datong coal with a ash point higher than 1500℃, and 3. The thermal analysis of coal revealed that the combustion performance of coal is not effected by the adjustment. It is finally concluded that, using Shenmu coal as major fuel with a proper mixture ratio of Datong coal wil reduce the slag forming tendency in boiler furnace while still maitain a stable combustion condition.
