三峡工程对湖北投资环境的影响

摘　　要：三峡工程的上马，使湖北的投资环境出现了新的转机。但它毕竟只是工程。如果把三峡工程的上马对湖北投资环境的影响仅仅局限在投资本身的影响上是很不全面的。本文从更大的背景和更深的层次上不仅分析了三峡工程对湖北的物质形态硬投资环境的影响，而且分析了对非物质形态软投资环境的影响。The construction of the three gorges project is presenting a favourable turn for the investment environment in Hubei province. However it's insufficient if we just confine the influence of the project on the investment environment to the field of investment itself. In abroad background and deep level we have analysed not only the influence of the three gorgsproject on the physical' Hard' investment environment in Hubei province, but also the influence on the non-physical 'soft' one.
