摘　　要：本文通过对铁道部会议电视改造工程设计方案的论述,从高稳定性、安全管理、高质量以及标准等几个方面对高清晰视频会议系统在铁路中应用进行深入思考。In terms of high stability, security management, high quality and the standards, etc. the paper makes a discussion in depth on application of video conference system in the railways through presenting the design scheme for re-construction project of video conference system of the Ministry of Railways.
