摘　　要：用反相高效液相色谱法分离并测定了中药粉防己中的粉防己碱，建立了中药中粉防己碱分离测定的色谱方法．色谱条件：ＯＤＳ柱，甲醇－水－三乙胺（８５：１５：０．２５Ｖ／Ｖ）为流动相，紫外检测波长２８３ｕｍ．方法简便、灵敏、准确快速．本研究为中药粉防己的质量评价提供了科学依据．A chromatographic method for the separation and determination of tetrandrine inChinese medicinal herd Stephania tetrandra S Moors was established by RP-HPLC. Thechromatographic conditions were:ODS column,methanol-water-triethylamine(85:15: 0.25V/V) mobile phase and UV detection at 283urn.The method was simple,sensitive,accurate and rapid and provided a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of the Chinese medicinal herb Stephania tetrandra S.Moors.
