摘　　要：民营企业是否承担社会责任在我国已日益受到关注。随着经济全球化的推进,跨国公司纷纷对我国的供应商提出了社会责任要求。我国的市场经济还很不规范成熟,消费者权益、劳动者权益等还不时受到侵害,整个社会呼唤着企业承担更大的社会责任。企业社会责任对民营企业来说既是一种竞争压力,也是一种获取竞争优势的手段。民营企业可以通过对企业社会责任的战略性分析,将其纳入企业可持续发展的战略框架,以更好地满足企业相关利益者的利益,达到提升整个企业价值的目的。In the Process of economic globalization, it is a definite trend for enterprises to take on their social responsibility, which means, to the private enterprises in our country, not only an opportunity but also a challenge. This essay mainly discusses its negative and positive influences on the private enterprises when taking their responsibility. Based on it, the essay also discusses the idea that taking social responsibilities is a necessity for private enterprises＇ever-lasting development.
