摘　　要：本文介绍了抗血栓药物在血管外科应用的进展,既有一些新研制药物的药理作用及研制情况,也包括一些已应用多年但仍在临床发挥重要作用的药物,以及在临床应用研究中的新发现和规范性应用问题。文章将抗血栓药物按照抗血小板药物和抗凝血药物两大类别,分别介绍不同药物的药理作用、用途、使用方法,以及药物的不良反应等。In this paper, the progress of pharmaceutical treatment with fibrinolytic agents in vascular surgery is reviewed. The mechanisms and effects of some drugs which came into the market recently are introduced, and some drugs used commonly in clinic are also discussed for their new proposal or standardization methods. All of the drugs are classified into two categories： the antiplatelet agents and anticoagulants. The pharmacologic actions, indications, methods of use, and adverse drug reactions are discussed, respectively.
