摘　　要：目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定芒果止咳片中马来酸氯苯那敏含量的方法。方法:用Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4．6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0．1％十二烷基硫酸钠溶液-磷酸(60:40:0．1),流速1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长为263 nm。结果:对照品线性范围为0．04-2．0μg,r=1．000 0;平均回收率为99．0％,RSD=1．4％(n=5)。结论:用本法控制芒果止咳片片中的马来酸氟苯钠敏的含量,操作简便,结果准确。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of chlorphenamine maleate in Mangguozhike tablets. Method： the Diamonsil C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% sodium louryl sulfate-phosphoric acid（60： 40：0.1 ）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was at 263 nm. Result： the linear range of chlorphenamine maleate was 0.04-2.0 μg （ r = 1. 000 0 ）, the average recovery was 99.0% （ RSD = 1.4%, n = 5 ）. Conclusion. the method is simple and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Mangguozhike tablets.
