复方五倍子液的制备及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:制备复方五倍子液,验证煎煮法提取五倍子中鞣质的科学性,并观察其临床疗效。方法:以五倍子为主药,辅以诃子、明矾,采用煎煮法制备成复方五倍子液。以三氯化铁溶液为试剂,对五倍子的粉末滤液和煎煮滤液进行鞣质提取含量测定;以8％去甲肾上腺素液对照观察疗效。结果:煎煮滤液中鞣质较粉末滤液中鞣质含量增加1倍,治疗消化性渍疡出血总有效率为96．4％。结论:复方五倍子液处方设计合理,制备工艺简单易行,疗效显著。Objective： To prepare the liquor schizandrae compound, and observations on its clinical effect. Method： Boiling method was used and frying Ferric chloride as a test liquor to compared powder filter liquid and boiled frying liquid from schizandrae, clinical effect on Adrenaline was observated. Result： The volumes of tanin from boiled than fried filte was increased. Total clinical effect was 96.4%. Conclusion： Design of the liquor schizandrae compound is simple and easy, can be use in treatment of gastroenterological bleed.
