Intranasal endoscopic surgery for nose-eye correlated diseases

摘　　要：目的 探讨内镜鼻眼相关疾病的手术疗效。方法 对2002年2月-2005年2月收治的30例鼻眼相关疾病进行鼻内镜手术治疗，其中慢性泪囊炎13例，额筛窦囊肿12例，外伤性视神经损伤3例，眶尖异物1例，鼻腔-筛窦．眼眶肿瘤1例。结果 经6个月至2年的随访，慢性泪囊炎13例，治愈9例，好转3例，无效1例；鼻窦囊肿12例均治愈；外伤性视神经损伤3例，2例好转；眶尖异物1例，术中未能取出异物；鼻腔-筛窦-眼眶肿瘤1例治愈。结论 内镜鼻眼相关外科手术，具有直视、术野清楚、损伤小、恢复快及面部无瘢痕等优点，能够同时处理鼻腔病变。Objective To evaluate the effect of intranasal endoscopic surgery for nose-eye correlated diseases. Methods Thirty patients with nose-eye correlated diseases were treated by intranasal endoscopic approach from February 2002 to February 2005. Results After following up for 6 months to 2 years, 9 of 13 patients with chronic dacryocystitis were cured, while 3 were free of symptoms; all 12 patients with fronto-ethmoidal sinus mucoceles were cured; 2 of 3 traumatic optic neuropathy patients got improved after optic decompression; one patient with foreign body in orbit was not cured; and one patient with nasal-sinus-orbit tumour was cured. Conclusion With the advantages of clear operation field, direct vision, mild trauma, rapid recovery and avoidance of facial scar, intranasal endoscopic surgery can treat the nose-eye related diseases and nasal diseases at the same time.
